Each year we hold two 8-week WRAP workshops, one in the spring/early summer and one in the fall/early winter.

A wellness plan empowers you to:

This peer‐led group is for individuals in recovery from a mental health issue. Workshops are held twice each year and last for 8 weeks (1 hour per week). Registration is required. FREE and open to anyone age 18 and above struggling with a mental health issue.
